Research on CJC-1295, ipamorelin and tesamorelin

The complete source list, with the original study titles and publication details.

Finding the individual experiments

For the raised baseline and continuing pulses, begin with Ionescu and Frohman’s CJC-1295 secretion study, then Teichman and colleagues on the prolonged hormone response. The blood-protein analysis asks what else changed.

For ipamorelin, the volunteer pharmacology study and the bowel-resection trial answer different human questions. The bone-growth experiment used rats; the cisplatin experiment used ferrets. The heart-safety paper tested a different ghrelin-receptor agonist in rats.

For tesamorelin, the visceral- and liver-fat trial, longer follow-up and meta-analysis concern adults with HIV. The LiverTox monograph describes the limited approved use. The healthy-men study examines a short hormonal and metabolic response.

The full bibliography follows. The individual experiments retain differences that a blanket claim about these compounds would erase.
